// AGENTIC COMMERCE · SHOPIFY-FIRST
Your customers are
shopping inside ChatGPT
ChatGPT, Microsoft Copilot, Google's Gemini surfaces, and Perplexity all now put products in front of buyers and, in some cases, take the order. Your catalog is either eligible, reachable, and accurate to those systems — or it is invisible to them. We find out which, then fix it.

// READ THIS BEFORE YOU BUY ANYTHING FROM ANYONE
Shopify already turned the pipe on. That is not the same as working.
If you're on Shopify, your catalog can already be syndicated to the AI surfaces through Agentic Storefronts in your admin. Anyone selling you “we'll get your products into ChatGPT” as the whole engagement is charging you for a toggle you own.
The toggle is not the problem. Your product data is. These systems read structured attributes and reject or ignore what doesn't meet spec. A catalog with missing identifiers, marketing-voice descriptions, and prices that disagree with the product page is fully syndicated and functionally invisible at the same time — and nothing in your admin tells you that.
So that's what we sell: the data quality, the access, the eligibility, and the measurement. Not the pipe.
// WHAT WE ACTUALLY FIND
Six ways a healthy-looking store fails silently
Missing identifiers
No GTIN or MPN, non-unique variant IDs, empty brand fields. These are named rejection reasons in the feed specs — the product is excluded before relevance is ever considered.
Crawlers blocked at the CDN
Bot-protection and WAF rules block AI search crawlers far more often than robots.txt does — and because it happens a layer below your site config, nothing in your admin shows it. Nothing errors. You simply stop being citable.
Price and availability drift
Your feed says in stock at one price. Your product page says backordered at another. Mismatches between feed and live page are a documented rejection reason and they accumulate silently.
Descriptions written for humans only
Marketing copy instead of specifications. These systems parse attributes — material, dimensions, compatibility, fit. Voice-first product copy reads as thin data to a machine deciding what to recommend.
Data that only exists after JavaScript
Not every agent path runs through a feed — some read the page. If price, availability, or policies only appear once client-side JS has run, the page-reading path sees an empty shell.
Nobody watching after launch
The surfaces revise their merchant requirements regularly and feeds break quietly. Enabled in March does not mean eligible in August.
// THE LADDER
Audit. Implement. Monitor.
Start at the bottom. The audit is useful on its own, and the fee comes back to you if you continue.

// QUESTIONS WORTH ASKING
Including the skeptical ones
Shopify already syndicates my catalog to ChatGPT. Why pay for this?
Syndication is the part Shopify already solved, and it's the easy part. Agentic Storefronts pushes your catalog out — it does not make your catalog good. If half your products have no GTIN, your descriptions read like ad copy instead of specifications, or your feed price drifts from your live product page, you are syndicated and invisible at the same time. The work worth paying for is the data quality, the crawler access, and the measurement.
Can you guarantee my products appear in ChatGPT?
No. Nobody outside OpenAI, Google, Microsoft, and Perplexity controls what gets surfaced, and their rules change regularly. Treat any agency that guarantees placement as a red flag. What we control is whether you are eligible, technically reachable, and accurately represented — and then we measure what actually happens for your specific buying prompts.
Is this just SEO with a new name?
There is overlap on the content side, but the core of this is commerce plumbing: feed field compliance, catalog data quality, price and inventory parity, and merchant program eligibility. Those do not appear in an SEO retainer. A store can rank perfectly well on Google and still be entirely ineligible for agentic surfacing, because the inputs are different — structured product data instead of pages.
Which platforms do you support?
We audit any platform — the feed specs, crawler access, schema, and parity checks are platform-agnostic. The fixed-scope Sprint is Shopify-first, because that is where the tooling and our depth are. On WooCommerce, BigCommerce, Magento, or a headless build we audit fully and quote implementation separately once we have seen the setup.
How fast does this move?
The audit is 5 business days. The Sprint is 2–3 weeks. But be realistic about the surfaces themselves — once changes are live, ingestion and re-crawl happen on the platforms' schedule, not ours. You should expect to measure this over months, which is why monitoring is a separate product rather than a promise baked into the Sprint.
What if the whole agentic commerce thing fizzles?
Some of it will. OpenAI has already shifted its checkout approach once, and there are two competing protocols in the market right now. That is exactly why the ladder starts with a fixed-scope audit instead of an annual contract, and why the retainer has a 3-month minimum instead of six. Most of the underlying work — clean product data, valid schema, accurate availability, crawlers that can reach you — pays off in ordinary search and conversion regardless of what happens to any single surface.
Start with the audit
Five business days, fixed scope, and a document that's useful whether or not you hire us for the rest. If you continue, the fee comes off the Sprint.
